Welcome to KHK Cricket Bahrain ("KHK Cricket", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, academy services, tournament participation, and all related services offered by KHK Sports, operating under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
By accessing our website, registering for our academy, participating in tournaments, or making any payments through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2.1 You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our platform, including academy enrollment, tournament registration, and payment services.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and promptly update such information as needed.
2.4 Each user may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized by KHK Cricket in writing.
2.5 Accounts are non-transferable and non-assignable.
3.1.1 Academy memberships are subject to availability and approval based on skill assessment and age criteria.
3.1.2 Memberships are personal to the registered individual and cannot be shared or transferred.
3.1.3 Membership fees are payable in advance according to the selected plan and payment schedule.
3.1.4 KHK Cricket reserves the right to modify membership plans, fees, and benefits with reasonable notice.
3.2.1 Team and individual registrations for tournaments are subject to acceptance by KHK Cricket.
3.2.2 All participants must meet eligibility requirements including age, fitness, and skill prerequisites.
3.2.3 Participants must adhere to the tournament code of conduct and rules published for each event.
4.1 Training schedules are fixed for each program level. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed for missed classes.
4.2 Participants must arrive on time with appropriate cricket equipment and attire.
4.3 KHK Cricket reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our values, without refund.
4.4 Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that cricket involves inherent risks of physical injury and agree to participate at their own risk.
5.1 All fees are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our platform, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and digital wallets.
5.3 Payment processing is handled through third-party payment gateways. KHK Cricket does not store full payment card details on its servers.
5.4 A valid payment method is required for all paid services. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of services.
5.5 Late payment fees may apply for overdue membership dues as specified in the membership agreement.
5.6 All transactions are recorded and receipts are generated electronically. These records serve as the official transaction history.
6.1 Academy memberships and other subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
6.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the account management portal at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
6.3 Upon cancellation, access to subscription services continues until the end of the current billing period.
6.4 KHK Cricket reserves the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' written notice.
7.1 Our mobile application is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
7.2 You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the app without our express consent.
7.3 The app may require access to device features including camera, storage, and notifications for full functionality.
7.4 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.
8.1 All participants, members, and users must conduct themselves with respect, sportsmanship, and integrity.
8.2 The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: harassment, discrimination, violence, use of prohibited substances, match-fixing, betting-related activities, and any conduct that brings KHK Cricket into disrepute.
8.3 Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, participation, or account access without refund.
9.1 All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of KHK Cricket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
9.3 The KHK Cricket, KHK Sports names, logos, and branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10.1 KHK Cricket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, memberships, or participation at our discretion for violation of these terms or any applicable laws.
10.2 Upon termination, your access to paid services will cease immediately and no refund will be provided for the remaining period unless otherwise required by law.
10.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KHK Cricket and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
11.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to KHK Cricket in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.3 We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KHK Cricket, KHK Sports, their affiliates, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
13.3 If negotiations fail, disputes shall be referred to the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
KHK Cricket reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
