Understanding your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments processed through KHK Cricket Bahrain's platform, including academy memberships, tournament registrations, coaching fees, event bookings, and sponsorship payments. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
2.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to finance@khkcricket.bh or through our official support channels.
2.2 Refund requests are processed within 15-20 business days from the date of approval.
2.3 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 KHK Cricket reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees, bank charges, and administrative costs from refund amounts.
2.5 All refunds are processed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Currency conversion differences, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
3.1.1 Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle will be processed without penalty.
3.1.2 Cancellations made after the billing cycle has commenced will not be refunded for the current month.
3.1.3 No partial refunds are provided for unused sessions within a billing period.
3.2.1 Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
3.2.2 Cancellation after 7 days but within 30 days: 50% refund of the remaining unused portion.
3.2.3 Cancellation after 30 days: No refund will be provided for the current term.
3.2.4 Refunds for long-term plans are calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of cancellation request.
Trial session fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward a full membership plan if enrollment occurs within 7 days of the trial.
4.1.1 Cancellation 30+ days before tournament start: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee.
4.1.2 Cancellation 15-29 days before tournament start: 50% refund.
4.1.3 Cancellation 7-14 days before tournament start: 25% refund.
4.1.4 Cancellation less than 7 days before tournament start: No refund.
4.2.1 Cancellation 15+ days before tournament start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
4.2.2 Cancellation 7-14 days before tournament start: 50% refund.
4.2.3 Cancellation less than 7 days before tournament start: No refund.
If KHK Cricket cancels a tournament for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. No compensation for additional expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) will be provided.
5.1 Auto-renewing subscriptions must be cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next period.
5.2 Refunds for subscription services are calculated from the date of cancellation request.
5.3 No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods after the cancellation effective date.

If an event is postponed without a confirmed new date, participants may request a full refund or credit for future events.
8.1 If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us immediately at finance@khkcricket.bh.
8.2 We will investigate the dispute and respond within 10 business days.
8.3 If a dispute is resolved in your favor, the refund will be processed within 15-20 business days.
8.4 Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
8.5 KHK Cricket reserves the right to provide transaction evidence to payment partners and financial institutions in response to disputed transactions.
9.1 Funds credited to your digital wallet are non-refundable unless required by law.
9.2 Wallet funds can be used for any service offered on our platform.
9.3 Wallet balances do not expire but may be subject to inactivity charges after 24 months of no account activity.
9.4 Upon account closure, any remaining wallet balance below 5 BHD will be forfeited. Balances above 5 BHD may be refunded after deducting a 15% processing fee.
10.1 Approved refunds are processed within 15-20 business days.
10.2 Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
10.3 Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on the destination bank.
10.4 Digital wallet credits are applied immediately upon approval.
