KHK Cricket Academy ("we", "our", or "us") operated by Smartinfra solutions W.L.L., operates the KHK Cricket mobile application (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact Information: Name, phone number, email address when you register via WhatsApp OTP login.
• Identifiers: User ID, device ID.
• Booking & Purchase Data: Net booking history, dates, times, payment status and transaction ID.
• Usage Data: App interactions, crash logs, diagnostics via Google Firebase / Crashlytics.
• Financial Info: We do NOT store your card details. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our cricket net booking service
• To create and manage your account and bookings
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and OTPs via WhatsApp / SMS
• To process payments securely through Stripe
• To improve our app, prevent fraud and for customer support

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the app:

• Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing - stripe.com/privacy
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms: For OTP delivery and booking notifications
• Google Firebase / Google LLC: For analytics, crash reporting and app performance - Google Privacy Policy

4. Data Linked to You

In accordance with Apple App Privacy, data such as Name, Email Address, and Phone Number is linked to your identity as it is required to identify your bookings.

5. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Access to booking data is restricted to authenticated users only via secure tokens.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your data: Email us at support@khkcricket.bh with subject "Delete My Account" or use the Delete Account option inside the app (Profile > Delete Account). We will delete your data within 7 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and updated with a new "Last updated" date.
